Epavlis – Rhodes
At the original photo we are in front of one of the three living rooms on the ground floor of the epavlis. In the rest of the ground floor there are two more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a luxury kitchen .
The mansion is a single-family house of 600m2 which develops into three floors of 200m2 each.
On the floor there are 3 bedrooms, an office, and 3 bathrooms.
In the basement – ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with their bathrooms, for guests, a tavern area and a playroom. While from the balcony doors of the area, we go out to the outdoor area where the swimming pool is also located.
The floors are connected by an internal marble staircase and an elevator.
The remaining photos show various areas of the mansion.
The study and design and construction supervision of the building began and evolved from the beginning of its construction. So I was given the opportunity to do a special design on the views, the layout, the floors, the furniture, the lighting, etc.
The photos were taken in a non-staged environment.

Στην αρχική φωτογραφία βρισκόμαστε μπροστά σε ένα από τα τρία σαλόνια στο ισόγειο της έπαυλης. Στον υπόλοιπο ισόγειο υπάρχουν άλλα δύο υπνοδωμάτια και 2 μπάνια και μια πολυτελής κουζίνα.
ΤΗ έπαυλη είναι μια μονοκατοικία 600m2 που αναπτύσσεται σε τρεις ορόφους των 200m2 έκαστος.
Στον όροφο υπάρχουν 3 υπνοδωμάτια, ένα γραφείο και 3 μπάνια.
Στο υπόγειο – ισόγειο υπάρχουν 2 υπνοδωμάτια με τα μπάνια τους, για τους επισκέπτες, χώρος ταβέρνας και playroom. Ενώ από τις μπαλκονόπορτες της περιοχής βγαίνουμε στον εξωτερικό χώρο όπου βρίσκεται και ο χώρος της πισίνας.
Οι όροφοι συνδέονται με εσωτερική μαρμάρινη σκάλα και ασανσέρ.
Οι υπόλοιπες φωτογραφίες δείχνουν διάφορους χώρους της.
Η μελέτη και η μελέτη και η επίβλεψη κατασκευής του κτιρίου ξεκίνησε και εξελίχθηκε από την αρχή της κατασκευής του. Μου δόθηκε λοιπόν η ευκαιρία να κάνω ένα ιδιαίτερο σχέδιο στις όψεις, τη διάταξη, τα πατώματα, τα έπιπλα, τον φωτισμό κ.λπ.
Οι φωτογραφίες τραβήχτηκαν σε μη σκηνικό περιβάλλον.
