he above photos are a draft of a hotel reception area. The central idea of its design begins and evolves in the form of a spiral in space, from the design of the floor which is inspired in turn, from the ancient Greek spiral which is also the beginning of the creation of the universe. It is worth mentioning that its affinity with the Ying and Yang of Chinese philosophy is clearly perceptible. The shapes that arise and evolve in the space have been modernized to give a modern minimal effect. The materials I use are white marble from the Dionysos quarry, bronze and white lacquer.
Concept Idea – Hotel Front Desk
Οι παραπάνω φωτογραφίες είναι προσχέδιο χώρου υποδοχής ξενοδοχείου. Η κεντρική ιδέα του σχεδιασμού του ξεκινά και εξελίσσεται με τη μορφή σπείρας στο χώρο, από το σχέδιο του δαπέδου που είναι εμπνευσμένο με τη σειρά του, από την αρχαία ελληνική σπείρα που είναι και η αρχή της δημιουργίας του σύμπαντος. Αξίζει να αναφέρουμε ότι η συγγένειά του με το Ying και Yang της κινεζικής φιλοσοφίας είναι ξεκάθαρα αντιληπτή. Τα σχήματα που προκύπτουν και εξελίσσονται στον χώρο έχουν εκσυγχρονιστεί για να δώσουν ένα σύγχρονο minimal αποτέλεσμα. Τα υλικά που χρησιμοποιώ είναι λευκό μάρμαρο από το λατομείο Διονύσου, μπρούτζος και λευκή λάκα.
